Online Activation:
Visit the official Joker Card website: jokercard.ca.
Locate the activation section.
Enter your card details, including the card number, CVV, and expiry date.
Complete any additional required information and submit.
Phone Activation:
Call the customer service number provided on the back of your card.
Follow the automated prompts to activate your card.
You'll need to provide your card details during the call.
In-Store Activation:
If you purchased the card in-store, it may have been activated at the point of sale.
Check your receipt or contact the retailer to confirm activation.
In-Store Purchases: Swipe the card at the terminal and sign the receipt.
Online Shopping: Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV during checkout.
International Use: Accepted globally wherever Visa is recognized
Online: Visit jokercard.ca and log in to view your balance.
Phone: Call 1-855-288-0926 and follow the prompts to check your balance.
Mobile App: Use the official Joker Card app for real-time balance updates.
You can check your balance online at jokercard.ca or by calling 1-855-288-0926. A merchant will not be able to tell you how much money you have remaining on the prepaid card. Knowing your balance before shopping will help ensure that the Joker Prepaid Card has enough funds available to pay for your purchases
Limits:
Maximum card balance: $500 CAD
Maximum single spend: $500 CAD
Effective August 7, 2020, the maximum spend in a single transaction at merchants located in the ƚEuropean Economic Area will be limited to $75 CAD. If you experience a decline at a merchant located in this region, please try again for an amount equal to or less than $75 CAD. The maximum spend over the lifetime of the Card in this region is $225 CAD
